Proposal Discussion Crew - How will we recruit them?

So I've been playing a little bit of Frontier recently. I bought a Boa and had to recruit 9 crew members. In Frontier you had to wait for an advert to pop-up in the Bulletin Board. To wait for 9 this took literally 6 months of in game time.

In frontier you could accelerate time but we will not be able to do this in ED.

I have looked at the DDF archive and there is a discussion on crew. But there is only information that relates to what type of crew members we may have and what they can do. Nothing on recruitment.

So my question is...

How will we recruit crew members in Elite: Dangerous?

Announcements from several nearby stellar system could be consulted in the space station where you are. If the interview is successful, the future crew member could join you to the space station where you are (with a passenger ship, eg)

Crew wanted for new anaconda ship. Pilot inexperienced, wants to make quick buck on frontier. Pay low, will get better after a few bounty kills on pirates.
