How high would be the crew dividend for an expert crew member if I would level him/her up from harmless?

I red somewhere in the forum that the dividend for such a self-made expert crew member would be smaller, but how much smaller would it be?

You would definitely benefit from a lower pay scale if you level them up, but I don't think anyone knows by how much yet.

I am able to give these information now by myself.

My crew member went from harmless to noob (3th rank) and she wants to get 4% salary instat of 6%.

So far I have not been able to find any information about the crew dividends in the crew screen.
FD has forgotten to add this info it seems.

You can only see their percentage when you hire them. After that: no info.

My Mostly Harmless pilot is now Expert and gets 7%...
