Crew Members show in cockpit and give extra pip to power like in multi crew

Probably suggested before but i think it would be cool to have your crew members sit with you in the cockpit. Also since they are taking a cut, an extra pip to power management like in multi crew would give nice incentive to hire them for non ship launched fighter ships. It seems very natural to me in respect to how multi crew works. It may be a balance issue or something and thats why it isn't implemented. I don't know. But it sounds like a good idea to me. Thank you.
