General Crew Payment

Hello,

I´d like to suggest a different way crew payments are handled. At the moment it seems that they are deducted directly from the initial payout for the commander´s activities. As a result the commander gets less payout which affects his progress, for example in community goals or moving up ranks.

I´d like to see that the full payout is attributed to the commander. From that money the crew gets their payment.

The reasoning is as follows.

There is an internal relationship between the crew and the commander. The commander hires the crew, they are his employees. The commander pays the crew.

There are also external relations to mission givers, factions, and so forth. The contractual partner is always the commander, not his crew. The payout should always go to the contractual partner.

It's not as much a payout as a punishment for using another tool. In that sense the punishment means to not only apply a correction factor to your income, but also to your progress. I doubt it ever changes.
