Crewed Fighters need to have unique radar icons.

At a glance there is no way to differentiate between an actual ship and fighters without scanning them. And we don't always have time for that. If a player sees 4 triangles hitting them they are bound to run as they should. But it would nice to be able to tell if you are being attacked by a wing or simply a crewed ship just by looking at radar. Tactical vision and all that.

How you do it is your job to figure out. Circles? Shaded triangles? Something?
 
Right, it's too hard to look on your Contacts Panel on the left side? It shocks me how many do not know about this. It tells you so much at an instance, firstly the Biggest are at the top, then you get Aliied and non shown with coloured tabs, plus you get the Ship type! It's all too easy if you know how!

You simply pick what you want before any need to see if there is a bounty on them.

In your case you will instantly see 4 non-Allied Ships with 1 Large near the top and 3 at the very bottom displaying Fighters.

In the middle of being attacked yes. yes it is. You don't have time to waste when 3 hostile players show on screen to be checking what they are flying. Why force people to look at the top and bottom of a menu when you can do a simple change and give us this info at a glance? A special symbol lights up and hits you can know in that half second whether it is a ship or fighter. The side panel takes 2-5 seconds? that is precious time to be faffing in a menu rather than processing information with your good old radar.

No point arguing. Just look how easy a change it could be.

You see all that black space in your thread? That's how much we need your idea. 2 secs is all that is required.
When attacked you use Select Next Hostile Target - it's that simple and takes 1sec. and you cycle to see them.

about as long as it took to find these yea. Link doesn't work? Doesn't make my idea any lesser. (Its a triangle with a line in it use your imagination) Why you insist on not making a simple small improvement is beyond me.
But its not up to you I guess.

Hopefully Fdev will realize the merit behind such a small and simple change and all the benefits it could bring.

Tip: when seeing those Targets go RED, cycle to find the obvious Main Ship in their Wing and kill it. Then the Fighters all die!
If you can not fight then you get away asap.
