Crime and Punishment crew (EVE online players)

Greetings all.

Anyone from EVE's shady side thats getting into this game, please feel free to hit me up if you would be interested in grouping up.

Ganking miners is way more fun without CONCORD.

Gl ganking anybody here with 400 billion systems and 400 billions of instances in each system... , this game is full of carebears who only wanna play solo and be safe.

Well sir, you may be right, but I have killed quite a few already. (Not just miners... that was just a tagline..)

It seems most people start out in a relatively similar area, and I encounter more players everyday.

Oh well, I guess you will have to go back to Eve then...

I guess not. Too bad you cant see my kills.

This game needs a killboard.

I'm not a C&P regular but I'll take you up on that offer. It's always more fun to shoot people with other people. :D

Hey everyone, I'm not staff, but y'all should be reminded of the Group Section's rules. Specifically Rule 3:

3. Post in thread groups should relate to the group only. Posts attacking the group concept generally or trying to bash the efforts of the group will be removed.

This may not be a group idea, but your negative comments are still in violation of the section's rules. If you got nothing nice to say, don't say it.

~Good luck with the pirating OP

obviously eve isn't what it used to be, many of us are ex Eve players including myself. but if players want to join the OP group then let them.
there will always be players up for upsetting the status quo and if they want to get organised, then let them.
Elite is a very different game to Eve and it will be only a matter of time before they wish to become elite in all three rankings, meaning that to do so they will have to become the hunted at some point in the game to do so.
.
have fun with the pirating.

Thank you sir.

So, the hate is awesome. Go back to EVE and the like.

Gank Noobs?

So, please show me where anyone ISNT a Noob? I have been playing for a grand total of four days. Im pretty noob. Just because I intend on piracy and rampant destruction doesnt make me an ace pilot or any better than my targets. I am simply the other guy.

If anyone reading this thread is interested in taking a walk on the pirate side, your welcome as well. You dont have to be a horrible person IRL to be a pirate in a game. You may just enjoy it.

Ever notice how the anti-pirate guys are much more full of hate?

Love you guys. See you in the belts.

Eve online, contains both the best and the worst elements of gaming. I don't hate you because you're a Pirate, I'm just yanking your chain. I've played EvE and I've been a Pirate. I just got bored of shooting easy targets. If you want to go pirating go for it.

As far as pirates being a nice group of people well the judges are out on that one as far as I'm concerned. My Corp had a lot of griefers, they were happy if someone quit the game because of them. They also conned people with scams on the market and boasted about it. That's not me, but these were the people I flew with. We locked down areas if space and just destroyed people.

I understand the hate that industrials give to pirates because no - one likes to be turned out of their ship.

Kill boards, I'm not a fan, too many stats in gaming, that's why people play far too much.

I think its important to make a clear distinction between a pirate (someone who steals, blows up ships, ransoms, etc) and a griefer (someone who plays only to detract of the enjoyment of the game for others). I am of the pirate nature, in both EVE and hopefully this game as well. I say hopefully because currently there is no mechanic to allow for ransoming because players cannot send money to each other. Kinda nixes a core concept, but I digress.

As for the hate for pirates, I absolutely expect to be hated. But hate me in game. Dont call me names in my LFG post. If you disagree with my gameplay choices, come GET me, but do it in game.

As for killboards, I dont play to keep my board green (check out my zkill page, lol). I like knowing where I stand in relation to my goals and the progress of others, but I get your point too.

Considering my gaming past, and the tone of my original post I guess I'm a griefer then. O-O

Sorry for being an ass. And good luck.
