Cant seem to find any crime sweeps in A-Lavighty Duval's space. IDK if I'm just not looking in the right spots or what.

Well, first you need to figure out what crime sweeps are used for in powerplay. Once you figure that out, you'll realise the answer to your inquiry.

I could tell you, but it's actually much more fun to figure it out for yourself.
