This just happened, on my lunchbreak, cruising through the CG system on my way to the haz res when this CMDR interdicts me. I boost, wait for others from his crew to drop in, nobody else does so I hold off on my high wake, but meanwhile I get a msg from him "crimes on, not interested" and he low wakes away. That's a first for me. Now, my primary question is: since when is the crimes flag detectable?

So, if crimes off, you don't get fined for interdiction?
No crime is reported, no fine.

Thanks! I learned something new about this! Obviously, I've never pulled a clean player outside of training sessions (where everyone has crimes off anyway).
Yeh. It's logical, makes sense. It was still good to ask, this is FDev after all.
