Crimes & Punishment idea that would make a different

For killing players with "Report Crime Against Me", Perma-impounding ships alltogether with modules being arrested or killed and forced to pay a fine of a high percentage relative to what you have in total assets. Also that means that if you don't have the credits at hands you will have to sell whatever you have in store needed to get out of "jail" no change accepted.

If the crime have clientel reported background for example like if you're attacking players with "report crime against me" it should defenatly be of greater consequence. Because then it wouldn't matter if you have 100 000 credits or billions, you will feel the effects in proportions reletaive to total assets.

So killing one player should at least have the killer pay 50% relative to his/her total assets and increasing with 10% per number of repeated player kill incidents.

Also, if you are wanted for killing players with "report crime against me" then "report crimes against me" shouldn't apply at all with that "wanted" status and all of this would of course varey depending of what political state the sector you are in, anarchy would be less risky with status "wanted", and democrathy sectors would most likely have you arrested upon landing in any facility. Meaning that "wanted" status should have different scales depending what you got it from.

Mission based crimes would be felt pretty much the same way but in proportions to a much less serious "scale" asit's part of the gameplay. After all there is a bit thrill in being wanted and the potential of getting either arrested or killed by athority and bounty hunters. ;)

All to get an end to players griefing on other players or people that are new to the game. Remember that many have a life set aside from gaming and what little or however much time you invested in building up what you have in Elite Dangerous shouldn't be at risk of being ruined by other players. Time is valuable both in game and real life.

It would also be a "wake up" for some people to realize that just because it's on the Internet it's no different fom slapping a person in real life infront of you sort of mentality and personally I think that it should be made clearer in any sort of online interaction with people.

Things need to change on Internet when it comes to how you treat people, why not let Elite Dangerous be a place for everyone to come and have a great time? why not start here?

No.
Just... no.
It’s not real life. It’s a game.
They’re already ramping up bounty punishments and security response with the new C&P improvements.
Any idea that involves “taking” a ship or module based on pvp interaction is just... no.
