Crippling Framerate ( < 10 FPS) with RTX 2080 Ti , i9 9900KS, 32GB Ram

The FPS issues has always been around in Planet coaster and now Planet zoo. i doubt they will ever fix this issue as well. its a same because both games are really great. it does not matter even if you have a high end CPU if you build a decent scale park your frame rate will choke eventually. i run the game on two systems and the most fps i can manage on a decent size park is about 20-25 max lowest at 5 fps
spec
system 1= 3700x 64 g ddr4 Vega 64 15-25 fps
System 2 =i7 7820x 32g 2080 Super 5-25 fps

the only way to even improve the performance on users end is to limit the visitors count ( which kinda sucks if you want to try to make money in frans)
or just build a ugly basic park with no decor ( the more pieces you lay down the more tacks on performance - again it beats the purpose and fun out of the game )

about DX 12 i once ask one of the people who work for the company about this. their words is they will not do it because most of their player base are still running windows 7. My response to them well tell them windows 10 is a free update :)

I'm going to call the windows 7 statement nonsense.

https://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey/directx/

82.45% of steam users OS is windows 10 64 bit.

Sub 15% of os's installed are of windows 7 variants.

Would rather hear them say that our current engine cannot be updated to DX12 or vulcan for whatever reason, our next engine will be however. Rather than have them say an outright lie.

they have to change the engine drastically to support dx12 and also many more cores i mean you can buy 12 cores for 450 here. in a few years thats like a midrange cpu ....even a 15 core cpu is avilable to the mainstream market thanks to amd. or u wait years and there will be faster cpus which can push the game even with its cpu problems.
