Yep Update 11 brings the first of the releases only of critical updates to keep the legacy console version connected to servers...

And the Text on the ship to Fleet carrier cargo transfer is readable... it no longer white text in a white box when you go to click it...

Hot fix 11.1 did not need a client update...
servers were down for a micro second...

If you press square and down (helm view) you can at least see your combat rank and %
