Critical colonization bug: Constructing a refinery hub converts station to a poop station

Commanders, please be aware that after yesterday's patch, new stations are no longer getting influence from the planetary body (the rollback we were promised is happening). However, they are also not getting influence from structures that you build on the planet - building a refinery hub should convert the station to a refinery. What actually happened was that it was converted to a poop station.
Exercise extreme caution in developing your colonies until this issue is fixed. Please upvote the bug report in the Issue Tracker .

was 1x hub enough to switch economy?
your right, influence of one hub onto a T2 Station was between 0.45 and 0.6 points.

But even with only that there at least should be some wares from the refinery in the market....
 
There are indications that maybe this is just a change to thresholds - that colony influence will override everything else unless there's enough other influence to trigger a difference.

PATCH NOTES WOULD BE NICE

They can be vague. "We changed influence calculations, have fun figuring it out" would be infinitely better than the current complete silence.
 
Weekly server tick? I just checked my coriolis with one space farm installation, system lists it as colony/agriculture. On market i have limited agriculture supply, perhaps it is not bug but not enough influance from planet or weekly server tick will fix market.
 
My oil refinery doesn't give me anything either, I can't even rename my oil refinery, it's as if my oil refinery is frozen.

It's looking like this is the answer. I just finished a construction at another planet, and the base detected the tourism installation (built last week), but not the new agricultural settlement.

Please, FDEV, give us some clues about what's happening. Otherwise, after 4 hours of shipping goods to a hub and thinking "Hooray! I'll have achieved something before I go to bed!" and then having my mood plummet, I can look at the patch notes and go "Maybe I won't stay up so late and get so cranky, given that this won't take effect until next week."
 
No difference after server tick. 3 days ago I finished refinery hub under Orbis and Orbis went from extraction economy selling metals and minerals to colony economy selling just biowaste. After server tick economy is still colony selling just biowaste.

I had the same thing, I built one farm and my oil refinery started working again.
