It's clearly evident that the PP objective cycle between the platforms (PC, Xbox, Mac) are the same, but are the results of PP all lumped together? I'm just curious that as an Xbox player, will my contributions to my faction be added to that of the PC and Mac players, or am I only contributing to what other Xbox players are providing in our own instance of the game?

All players contribute to the common goal across platforms, it's just you never see PC or Mac players as they are in separate platform dependent instances.
