Crumbled/Aged effect for buildings?

This is something I've always wondered how to pull off and I've definitely seen it in a video before but how do I make part of a building look crumbled or eroded away? I have an Aztec themed inverted coaster still under construction and the station building has a chunk deliberately missing (as it's right on the edge of a cliff) so instead I want that part to look it's crumbled over the side and all I've done so far is just arrange some small rocks into a pile around that area. Anything else I need to do to make it seem more realistic? :D

I noticed this when I was watching this video. Channel5Gaming points it out around the 3:10 mark. There are other details seen in the video as well, such as some uneven walls in the queueline.

you could download the blueprint to examine it up close, take it apart piece by piece and reassemble it, if you want to learn :)

Hi
I presume he 's "over and over using " that castle-piece , moving it in multiple ways , so it look like it's crumbled !

You can use the art primitives and add bricks that look like there stinging out instead of having a straight edge on the wall
