CTD after request for docking denied at Odyssey settlements

Scenario: I arrive at an Odyssey settlement. I request docking. Request denied due to NPC ship occupying the landing pad. The game suddenly crashes to desktop (no crash reporter opens up).

Happened to me twice in a row. Will be doing some more testing and then logging a bug report if it turns out to be reproductible, but just wanted to ask if this happened to anyone else after the last update.

The few CTDs I have had since the update have all been similar to ones I was getting before and the crash reporter has shown up every time.

The last one was a couple of days ago or so while I was shooting stuff in a Haz RES or getting ready too, and as that is where I have been for the last couple of weeks that’s where the previous ones were.

Had a couple of CTDs since the update. I've been doing exobio out in the black. The last one was flying close to the ground looking for a plant and got dropped to DT with no reporter.
There was a Windows update around the same time so I'm wondering if there was some unexpected interaction.
