CTD's exiting and boarding SRV

Getting a lot of CTD's today whilst disembarking and reboarding the SRV.

Anyone else?

I haven't changed anything on my PC or its setup.

It was fine yesterday.

EDIT - this is weird... I changed my loadout which has a different suit cosmetic: reflect blue. I was using trickster green for the first time. Coincidence? That couldn't be the culprit, sure.... could it?

How long have you been playing Elite? lol... it would NOT surprise me!! Sorry I haven't been having your problem with the SRV, mine has just been clipping into the terrain on deployment a lot at bases lately.

Mine was launched into space today. I had to cut O2 supply to self destruct. Some weird thing happened while trying to go around an obstacle at a base in the Scorpion. Next thing I knew I was 181km above the base, floating weightless, calling calling home.

@Tyres O'Flaherty I get CTD on plater surfaces from time to time on two different PCs often when boarding /disambarking the SRV. That said it not crashing is by far the most likely outcome. There is also a bug where embarking/disembarking the SRV from foot can leave you in a (sort off but not exactly) black screen (a relog via main menu fixes that). I seem to recal that FDev looked at the latter issue and were unable to determine the cause.

@Schmack You could have used Stuck Recovery from one of the items off of main menu to repatriate yourself with your ship (or called the Hull Seals and given one of their Kingfishers a nice problem

Thanks, I considered that but I had a board full of missions to turn in, just finished the last "kill all" mission and needed turn them in. It was a darkside mission so I couldn't see much else I would have enjoyed the view a bit.

I get this one if I try to do things too quickly- if I give the menu a second or two before hitting disembark/board I'm fine
