Why are the only missions appearing charity missions wanting donations? All the bases are large/huge population and wealthy. Where are the assassination/combat missions? Makes no sense.

Missing the point there... Aisling is more than just a pretty face, she's quite savvy with the manipulation if you watch her progress since ED has started it has all been about making sure her agenda got done... by others.... strictly on ethos and emotional appeal, so donations I think go perfectly with all of it. Pretty shrewd if you ask me.
