Cue Drum-roll; 13th December = first of the twelve days of christmas, special store goodies ahoy!

On a scale from 1-10 how would you rate the SRV iridescent gleam paintjob? Does it reflect light a bit like these?

It's as irridescent as the ships, but there are only small surfaces to view, hence the visual impact is not as strong. And the SRV (of course) turns relatively slowly, so you won't see the glimmer effect quite as strongly. The reflected color changes depending on view angle. I'd put the visual effect as a 6 or 7, with the ships being a 10.

In my opinion it's a big improvement on the straight colors, even on the rusted-looking ones. (I have both but the glimmer is presently my go-to paint for the SRV, with the midnight black for a second SRV.)

IMO the iridescent paint-jobs look best on the Alliance ships for that reason. They're all angular shapes (a bit like the F-117 "Wobblin' Goblin" stealth fighter) which means each surface shows up in different colours, especially good with the ship kit fitted.
