Just to check the obvious: do you still have the Ram Tah mission active (it hasn't expired) when scanning the obelisks?

Yes, my mission is still active. It's been 6 days since it started. I collected 100 entries out of 101. It's a shame if you can't complete the mission to the end. If so, it is unlikely that I will undertake its implementation again in a short time

I flew to the SYNUEFE ZL-J D10-109 system, planet E 3 and scanned the obelisk. Still nothing happened. However, this time I noticed that the system gave a message that the data store was full. Could this be the reason?
A video of the process will be available at the link. The interface is in russian, but in general everything should be clear. It can be seen that no new data appears.

I figured everything out. It turns out that in the middle of the journey, I lost language data #4.
