Yesterday I took a chief medical officer and five companions for a 3 stop jaunt around the bubble (total of 14 jumps if I remember right). For that they paid almost 6 million. How do medics afford that? Yet the same station offered delivery missions which weren't worth getting out of bed for. Meanwhile, we have players so rich that they can afford to expend very expensive ships on griefing outside stations.
There's far too much cash floating around in some places and far too little in others. It's not in any way a real economy. For a start, there's no tax...
How about a progessive % levy on credit balances (starting at 100,000) and moving up in incremental stages? FDev can deduct your crew's wages - so they can do it for your tax as well.
