I know ceos and sothis don't work unless in boom, which of course they aren't. I've been to wuli in a full economic passenger fitted conda, and find myself able to get between 5 and 15% every 30 minutes at ensign rank... but I've been grinding this rep for days as though i have no life and I'm not even half way to my vette! I've been to several fed systems that had nearby systems in boom, but they don't run data missions to each other... so my question is...
Where the heck are we supposed to grind federation rank now?
No more board flipping, 15 minute updates on missions, boom systems no longer connect, rescue passenger hauling which is the most tedious task gives subpar results and yet still seems to be the best route. Help!
