Current CG pirate hunt.. no targets?

so there is just a high res with more sys authority than pirates, right?
This place feels way, way too peacful.

Some haz res near the second planet. Last time i was there was last night and it seems to me the big higher paying targets were a little thin, but there are haz res.

Sometimes it takes time for them to spawn in - they will come

Did you try resetting the instance? They spawn in different states of activity. Also, IIRC, the first ship you destroy will influence the size of ships spawning in the future. Sometimes it's better to just SC out, roll over and drop back in instead of waiting for things to get better on their own.
