This is getting old fast. Personally, I come here to discuss a game I've grown to love, but there are so many threads with complaints over the tiniest details. Constructive feedback is one thing but come on... you paid 40€ for this, not a fortune. The entitlement is ridiculous, your moneys worth was well invested after 5 hours by todays standard, assuming you actually enjoyed those hours. If you didn't, then why are you even here shouting about this and that?

Get over it and enjoy the ride, it'll be so much more fun that way.

I completely agree (with what I think you're implying). Until Frontier do come out and say "We are definitely going to release at least one paid expansion, here's some details", I too am in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp and hope Frontier aren't just thinking we'll all forget they never said it or be OK with it not happening just because it's been all this time with them saying nothing about it.

Nevermind though, I just got really tired of all the negativity here. I guess that made me negative as well.

As a "worried consumer" and valued member of the community, I'm sure the Frontier Community Manager, has an answer for you MangoMan.

No doubt he will be along shortly, to directly address your concerns. Or hand you over to a delegate of justifiable seniority, to relay how this issue has been previously fielded.

While I understand people getting annoyed at the same type of thread being posted over and over, I'll just say that if frontier were putting forward any kind of signs of a coherent vision, they wouldn't be necessary. People are just genuinely confused about where this game is going.

the information is about two years old now, as Frontier have said nothing about them for a long time

I recall is was about six months between Frontier going quiet on offline mode and Braben confessing that they'd dropped it.

Can anyone point to the last time Frontier said there would be paid expansions? The last I recall was in their advert for the Lifetime Expansion Pack last summer.
