Curved Starport Services when not in VR?

I got a Tobii EyeX and I was wondering if it was possible to enable the curved Starport Services when not in VR. Perhaps some kind of ini setting?

Also where is the setting to look to your left and right and the side menus show up? I am currently looking to the left and right and the menus do not show up.

Dont know about the first one.

As for the panels check the look at setting in control options.
Personally when I got my eye tracker is when I changed this "do nothing" since both it got a little flaky and I wanted to look out the side without having the menus pop up.

But that's my personal preference.
