If you have found any schematics or disassembly guides could you please share thrm, i'm sure they would be a welcome reference for fellow hacker CMDR's.

ps. i should get me some of that sugru stuff i'm sure it'll come in handy!

Mechwarrior Online Forums user evilC pulled his throttle apart and replaced the pots with hall sensors:

This chap took apart his T.HX and gave us a few decent photos of the internals for reference. I don't think he's done any modding yet:

These are all the pics I've found so far, aside from a few odd ones via Google images. I would pull mine apart myself, though I fear I might break it with my beginner skills and it's my only decent joystick for Elite. I have pulled apart my old Microsoft Sidewinder (quality built joystick!) and my crappy Cyborg FLY 5 (aka: Worst consumer joystick on the market) and both of those still work, but Murphy's law states that if I were to pull apart my favourite joystick, I'd break it. So for now, I'll live vicariously through photos until I'm confident enough to rip it open and have a poke around.
