Custom interface color

I just noticed in the Steam Stream that even in Planet Coaster 2 you can only select a few very bright pre-select interface colors like blue etc. Would be nice if we can pick a custom color for this like black or grey too if we want to have a dark mode experience.

Oh cool! I was hoping I could keep my purple UI. :) At least I hope purple is still an option...
But, yeah, it'd be nicer if we could use custom colors.
