General Gameplay Custom Map Share Access

Hi could you guys make a system where you can share your sandbox parks ? Like the steam workshop and mod.io for Xbox.

I think here's literally no fair way to do this for the PS4, but sure (PS plus is required for anything server based).

they would have to use a built in game file server.
Like what bungee did with halo 3 but it can be done.
