custom ship/build for UA hunting?

I've been reading the UA threads and i'd like to try and hunt for one

i know you have to check SSS for type 9 / anaconda / etc fleets, and that it might be possible to catch a UA that's eroded thru a cargo hatch on the type 9 (with anaconda's but probably not in wing with type 9); i don't think anyone's obtained one that way yet though, so it's unconfirmed (?)

I know i wouldn't be able to clear a wing of anaconda's, if even one. (i'm 57% competent in combat..)
So i'm hoping to ninja one from an eroded cargo hatch, in which case i figure a Viper would be best? (fastest ship yes?)

I do have a python decently fit but fear getting cosby'd by 3 anaconda's and not being able to get away.. thus the Viper-ninja hopes

Any suggestions? Does this sound feasible?

From what I've read, didn't the first couple get captured by commanders in Vultures? I don't know that a Viper would be stout enough to take even a little bit of a beating, and seeing as you're looking at needing a cargo scanner, at least one AFMU, and possibly a wake scanner if you spook the T9 into running before you can make your snatch and grab run, I think you'd need something bigger. That's just my two cents though.
