Customer Satisfaction Questionaire

As this is a game under development, I have a suggestion - Frontier Developments offers an ingame questionaire (where answers range from 1- 5 for level of satisfaction) to each individual account (that potentially owns original and expansions), that covers all the main topics raised in Forums at Frontiers, Reddit and at Steam etc. and any other issues that the developers wish to better understand....

A minimal amount of hours played should be set - before this questionaire is available.

What are your thoughts ?
 
Customer satisfaction surveys are always a good idea :)

But I think at this moment, it's very difficult to judge since the game is not complete yet and that the main features will be added later. So would that give a good insight? I don't know.

FD get plenty of feedback on the forums (positive and negative). Only those with strong opinions are likely to respond to surveys anyway (similar to the forums), and people with strong opinions rarely reflect the opinions of the majority.

I presume we also got the option as to whether we wanted to receive communications from FD when we signed up, so anyone who didn't agree to that would not get the survey, further skewing the results.

So, not sure how useful it would be.
