Customer Support team - Support Ticket Lead times

I know everyone is really busy with Trail blazers etc - but is 5 weeks the normal lead time for a response to a support ticket ?

I raised ticket #271849 on the 2nd February, and apart from the automated email - this ticket has had no response from the support team.
 
That is most unusual. Create an update to your ticket.
I put in a support ticket a week ago and it was answered in 48 hours. They kindly acknowledged even though i had updated to tell them i had solved the issue.

I have done an update - two weeks ago. it is very suprising as normally any tickets previously have been less than a week turn around.

Less than a week?! You must've gotten really lucky then....
... because it seems like, for whatever reason, their CSR team is typically either overwhelmed or understaffed. ( or both? )
 
Depends on the number of Arx you spend on the store.

Usually support is quick and helpful, might be a bit overwhelmed after a highly played new Update/feature.

They are indeed very helpful, i agree. However, i def. wouldn't call them "quick" lol
Quick is say oh i dunno like a 36 hour turn-a-round. Of course, with ai running things more & more perhaps "quick" could turn into actual quick. Regardless, doesn't 'FDev' also have a few other games at once to handle? How much is our cherished Elite Dangerous prioritized i wonder? ( re: 10 year old game & all that )
