I have done an update - two weeks ago. it is very suprising as normally any tickets previously have been less than a week turn around.That is most unusual. Create an update to your ticket.
I put in a support ticket a week ago and it was answered in 48 hours. They kindly acknowledged even though i had updated to tell them i had solved the issue.

They are indeed very helpful, i agree. However, i def. wouldn't call them "quick" lolUsually support is quick and helpful, might be a bit overwhelmed after a highly played new Update/feature.
