Hello, I've been playing Plant Zoo for a while now and I've noticed quite a few bugs with the Customers.

1. As you increase the size of your Zoo, of course, more customers visit. Once you get to a certain point the lag becomes unbearable. I consider my laptop to have pretty good specs but I feel that a casual gamer might have some serious issue with the game, especially if they wanted to have all the animal in one zoo. Perhaps a way to limit the number of customers at a time would be helpful to those who are experiencing lag from the amount of AI.
2. Another thing I've noticed is that the AI will sometimes forget to do what they were doing for no reason, and with no thoughts that come with it. I watched is one group of 3 go to shop to shop to shop saying that they didn't have enough money to pay for anything, then they route to an atm which was next to the shop, they would go to it and then not use it (even when there is nobody at the atm already) and then continue to go to shop to shop saying they had no money left. They continued this cycle until their food and drink bars went to zero, and I just decided to eject them to end their poor suffering.

I really love the game its brought my childhood favourite game Zoo Tycoon back to life for me and I look forward to continuing playing it, but with those 2 fixes, it would make the game so much better!

it turns out you can limit the number of guests allowed in your zoo! It's in settings, under the "game" tab. There's a section you can open for guest settings.
