In a tycoon or world builder game the ability to customize and create something just the way you want is equally as important as the management side. I'll be compiling a list of features related to customization that I would like to see in the game.
The ability to check off which mascots roam your park. Don't want Chief Beef wandering about? (although you should, he's great) You can turn him off.
Customizing the color of employee uniforms
Customizing special items sold by vendors: different shaped balloons of a variety of colors, different colored umbrellas, specialty Tshirts, etc.
Painting individual roller coaster track segments. A button to fill the whole coaster with your color scheme of choice would be great too.
Custom music to play in the vicinity of certain rides like in RCT3
Terrain paints to add variety to landscape or hide the grass in parts where you don't want it showing
The ability to rename guests and rides (one of my favorite things to do)
