Customizing commander appearance on ship

In Horizons I could customize my flight suit using the Holo me function. But in Odyssey that functionality seems to have been removed.
Anyone know if it’s possible or how to change the cosmetics of the various suits from the ship’s cockpit.
Think the last time I changed the cosmetics of the Odyssey suits was at a station’s concourse.

Bottom panel, manage loadout or some such.

Manage loadout seems to only allow me to select weapons loadouts for my suits.

That button may not be available until you've saved the loadout.
