Cut the Power Mission and Wings

Right so you can't share missions at the moment when you're in a wing?
I tried doing this last night, and whilst your wing members can help out and they get a share of any bounties, the actual mission and its payouts are still only for the individual that took the mission.
It would seem to be a no brainer to me to share missions and the rewards between wing mates. That's one of the main reasons why I would want to wing up in the first place, especially now that some of the missions are becoming more specialised and require kit like hatch breakers etc, such has the hostage rescue ones. Having wing mates equipped to handle different stuff and take on more specialised roles within the wing would be really good. Or being able to have fighter escorts along for the ride on cargo and smuggling missions, where they actually get an equal slice of the mission reward instead of the pathetic trade dividends being paid right now.
What else is there to do in wings right now apart from sit at NAV beacons or Haz Res's? What's the point of having these planetary bases that you can wing up to attack if only one of you can take the mission and get paid for it? Is there any point in winging up right now except for PvP?
