Engineers Cutter max jump range

So i just bought my Cutter and now i am looking to build a max jump range trader. I will mostly be going with the lightest mods i can. 6A PP PD, 8D thrusters, 7D life support and scanner, with a 6A or 5A prismatic shield. This gets me around 21 Ly, But i saw a post where one guy says he gets 30+ ly and 22 laden. Just wondering if any of you guys with a Cutter can give me some feed back and advice on how to hit that 30 Ly. or is it just a case of hitting the 55% roll on my fsd.

Yup, my Cutter is sitting around this jump range as well. Although, I used a 6A fuel scoop for more cargo space :)

So my Cutter 1711/2356/3646 T doing 21.1min /29.02current /29.49max LY is not bad but it could be a little higher maybe around 31LY unladen?

You can get a Cutter to over 33 unladen with a good Grade 5 FSD roll
