CV1 cost in the UK

Not a moan. Does anyone know what the cost is here in the UK delivered. I started looking at the website but delivery is extra and I couldn't find a price. Also there was mention of tax/import duty which I couldn't get any examples of. I intend putting an almost unused DK2 on eBay to help fund the upgrade. Can't get away with the DK2 as I have a very wide IPD. Tried a CV1 at Lavecon and found the IPD adjustment made all the difference.

Delivery is £30. So the total cost of a CV1 to your door is £529.

Is it despatched in the EU? I don't fancy a tax/import duty sneaking up on me.

Are people still buying DK2's off ebay? Still deciding whether to upgrade or not ...

They seem to be going for around the £180 - £220 region still.

Hope its not against forum rules, but now I have my CV1, happy to sell my (mint, fully boxed) DK2 to another UK based forum member. Would be looking for £200 - I think if I need to go the eBay route I'd put a BIN at £220 to cover the fees.

I ordered mine yesterday, it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow! I was pleasantly surprised

CEX were doing £200 cash for DK2s the other day mate, if you can't find any buyers!

The minute the runtime changes which leads to the DK2 being no longer supported, the DK2 will almost be virtually worthless......

There is a reason why Oculus have put "DK2 not supported" in the splash menu of Oculus Home - because soon it will probably not be.........
