CV1 quits when I'm playing

Did anybody had the problem they where playing (in my case bounty hunting) and then the screen in the cv1 knocks out, when I remove the headset on my main screen I see the game still runs but not on my cv1.
And something else I have a real irritating stutter when i make sharp turns, so not when i move my head thats butterly smooth but when I keep my head still in the horizon it stutters. In low vr and high its the same.

I7 6 cores 3.4ghz
2x Asus GTX980 strix
32 gb memory
win 10 installed on 2x ssd in raid

Sorry for my English

apparently the cv1 has some sensor to activate when your wearing it, could that be at fault? what do you need to do to get it working again?

Just have to close elite then it turns back on and i'm back in vr room. Elite is the only game where this happens

USB Drivers?

I have the same thing in my DK2 sometimes for no apparent reason the DK2 just turns black and when I look the game is going just fine. Only way for me to clear it is to reboot the computer. I tried restart oculus and other stuff, but that just locks up the computer. I am guessing it is because I don't have USB3 ports but who knows.
