Overview
FDev is in the midst of programming the Thargoid invasion of the bubble and have clearly targeted Zemina Torval. She has gone from the top to the bottom in rankings and NANA, as a fellow old person, has wished her fortune on recovering her HIPs. Imperial and Federal expansions have all failed if my general skimming of notes is correct, and only Torval is in turmoil. We enter the tick on the longest day in the northern hemisphere on Earth with the following set of goals for Felicia and her domain.

We have no pending preparation targets. Please haul fortifications. If you can't figure out where to haul, go haul forts to Neche. Gotta keep it safe. But not really, haul anywhere that isn't at 100% please.

Deliver Nan's lunchboxes full of sweet Federal nutrition fortification supplies to the following systems to make sure they get fortified before cycle's end to help us meet our goals. Remember to drop 1T first to get the most up-to-date number so you don't fortify past 100%, because that's wasting your money and merits
