So what do people think we should do in the short term? Should we set up a little enclave somewhere? Expand to safe, low profit systems nearby? Has our contraction opened up any new interesting opportunities? Are any of our rivals expanding near us and need to be opposed?

- Income of at least 60, the higher the better
- Minimal overlap with other control systems' bubbles (our own and other powers')
- Ideally no further than 130 LY away from Polevnic
- Large pads to make fortifying easier
- Station isn't too far from the star
- Dictatorship, Feudal, Communist and Cooperative governments a plus, Democracy government is bad. This is the only thing we can change after the fact.
- High Tech systems are the best for tradify, followed by refinery.
- Interesting things in the system or bubble, such as good mining sites, good Resource Extraction Sites for bounty hunting, Anarchy/Theocracy/Prison Colony exploited systems for smuggling etc.
