Cycle 297 Summary: We fortified 18 systems, 7 systems were undermined leaving us with 1 system in Turmoil. Because of the undermined systems increased cost we exceeded fortified income by -266 CC. There is no voting for Preparation this cycle, only Fortification of what we have.
