Some success at last for the Federation as Hudson at the second attempt took Nurundere. This was despite a determined ZYADA effort, in which we had edged ahead until the last few minutes of the cycle despite unfavourable triggers. Granny Torval’s expansion to LHS 184 was also opposed.
We offer gracious congratulations. At the current rate of progress, spheres lost by Hudson in Operation Hudgement Day might be recovered in a little over three years.
Winters can boast of defeating Yuri Grom in a prep-race to earn the opportunity to have another crack at Aeternitas in the coming week. But Aisling Duval combat pilots were prominent in stopping Felicia’s expansions to Dongkum, Hou Yangk, and HR 184.
So this was far from a bad cycle. Our consolidation vote was solid, from Friday to end of cycle steady above 80%. 5C hauling dipped below 160k merits, though there was a reported sighting of a novice T9 in HIP 1572, pledged to Aisling but docking at a carrier from the Federal-aligned Enraged Wolf Squadron. A rare bird, and strange.
Thanks to all voters and of course our excellent haulers. It was great to see some new pledges and returning Cmdrs fortifying heavily along with the old hands. Please remember that Aisling needs your vote, voting is the easiest and most powerful way to help. Please keep your merit holdings at at least 100 merits so you can vote.
Have fun out there, people of the Princess. Practice safe fortification, but fly dangerously.
Objectives for the week ahead, Cycle 371 (until July 14th)

- Vote for Consolidation! Voting is the most important thing you can do for AD, so make sure to maintain rank 2! It only takes 100 merits and four weeks of pledge time. Here's where to vote in the UI. Early votes are the best kind of votes!
- Check the Trello for dynamic fortification targets! This is updated more frequently than the in-game menu. Please, ONLY fortify systems listed on the Trello. There are lots of top-priority systems left to help complete.
- Please do not prepare any systems this week. Spare media materials can be safely delivered to HIP 35209 or Na Chac Og.
- Combat merits: oppose Felicia Winters’ expansion to Diegakul. This is a weaponised expansion that would cost Aisling 105CC if successful.
- Join the Discord for guides, mentoring, BGS, insight and combat targets! Remember: PP UI bad, Discord good. Powerplay is a community game, so connect with us.
