It has been a great pleasure to see a number of energetic Powerplay haulers join our community recently, and make their presence felt. We fortified deeper down the Trello list than we have for many weeks. Many thanks to these new Cmdrs and also the veterans who spend their time and credits keeping Aisling’s defences strong.
Wednesday was tense as our consolidation vote declined to 77%, a little too close for comfort. We were unsurprised to see sabotage prep hauling to HIP 1572 increase at the same time. A regular plea: voting is the easiest and most powerful way to help. Please earn or keep at least 100 merits so you can vote. We vote consolidation as there are currently no profitable expansion opportunities, “HIP 5C” is a very damaging system that would inflict permanent damage.
Aisling’s combat pilots fought hard to win a crucial BGS war in HIP 51748 and to help defeat Federal expansions. Hudson could not recapture Mulungu, Winters was stopped in HIP 44811 and LHS 3317. Our ally Yuri Grom settled a long battle with Winters by expanding Aeternitas, protecting his HQ from CC losses. We were impressed to see the expert management of turmoil by Li Yong Rui and friends. LYR retained BD+49 1280, HR 1254, and V774 Tauri. He also dodged a damaging expansion to Chnemine. Our congratulations.
The Princess welcomes [I617] Hostile89 as a new BGS coordinator, making an excellent start in a demanding role. Traitors to the Empire Likedeeler of Michel and Colonia are again messing with some of our triggers, please look out for BGS objectives to counter this threat. We remain open to constructive negotiation although experience suggests this is a faint hope. Have fun out there.

- Vote for Consolidation! Voting is the most important thing you can do for AD, so make sure to maintain rank 2! It only takes 100 merits and four weeks of pledge time. Here's where to vote in the UI. Early votes are the best kind of votes!
- Check the Trello for dynamic fortification targets! This is updated more frequently than the in-game menu. Please, ONLY fortify systems listed on the Trello. There are lots of top-priority systems left to help complete.
- Please do not prepare any systems this week. Spare media materials can be safely delivered to HIP 35209 or Na Chac Og.
- Combat merits: oppose Felicia Winters’ expansions to Polecteri and Dongkum.
