Most of Elite’s playerbase seemed to be in Sekhereke last week, scene of an epic war behind Federal lines in the HIP 48095 sphere. Aisling’s combat pilots fought very hard in support of Imperial Enforcement Division, completing hundreds of CZs each day. Sadly, the Federation and friends (hello, PLAG) rose to even greater efforts to win 4-3. We thank you all for your heroic endeavours in defeat, and concede graceful congratulations to our opponents. GG.
Our cause is not greatly damaged. In other respects this was a successful cycle. Hudson was opposed in Polecteri and Winters was unable to expand weapons against us. Diegakul, Baal, and HIP 44811 were wins. Another plus: Imperial beefcake Denton Patreus avoided an unwanted 5th column expansion to HIP 2339. Aisling’s haulers put in a good shift, fortifying profitable spheres beyond our top priority list. Many thanks to pledges new and old for your excellent efforts in Powerplay.
Frustratingly, we again saw increased sabotage hauling to HIP 1572. We offer the image below for illustration. A suspiciously straight line, with some accounts taking Monday off? Maybe to replenish all the credits they spend on this each week? It stretches credibility to suppose this is all the work of humans and that there is nobody in the Powerplay community who can explain.
5th column hauling to HIP 1572 cycles 374 to 377
Our consolidation vote also came under attack in the latter part of the week, dropping to 78%. Sabotage cramps our style, but cannot succeed if we vote it down. Voting is the easiest and most powerful way to help. Please earn or keep at least 100 merits so you can vote or we risk falling victim to this ever present hazard of an expansion that would be permanently damaging, too close to Cubeo to lose.
Keep on trucking, Cmdrs. Have fun out there in the week ahead.
Objectives for the week ahead, Cycle 378 (until September 1st)

- Vote for Consolidation! Voting is the most important thing you can do for AD, so make sure to maintain rank 2! It only takes 100 merits and four weeks of pledge time. Here's where to vote in the UI. Early votes are the best kind of votes!
- Check the Trello for dynamic fortification targets! This is updated more frequently than the in-game menu. Please, ONLY fortify systems listed on the Trello. There are lots of top-priority systems left to help complete.
- Please do not prepare any systems this week. Spare media materials can be safely delivered to HIP 35209 or Na Chac Og.
- Combat merits: oppose Felicia Winters’ expansion to Hou Yangk and Zachary Hudson's in HR 2776.
- Join the Discord for guides, mentoring, BGS, insight and combat targets! Remember: PP UI bad, Discord good. Powerplay is a community game, so connect with us.
