Powerplay Cycle update TOTALLY messed up

No expansions for any power, and all of the systems have reverted back to pre-flipped states.


What the hell is going on?
 
The update just keeps on giving in regards to PP. :p

I see no turmoil system for Patreus either.

I confirm seeing No Expansions for any Power.

What do you mean by a "pre-flipped state"? "Kherthaje" was in expansion for Aisling last cycle, and is now successfully a control system.

Systems fortification values are based on how many exploited systems are favourable to you. Many powers have flipped systems to lower triggers, but this has all been erased it seems.

Example: 32 C Pisicium went from 6000 trigger down to 2500 to fortify. Mahon has loads of 20k fortification systems now.

Those triggers are not related to the BGS. Those are completely swapped triggers.

Kons has an undermining trigger of 5734 now. That's its default fortification trigger. Also, systems who should be lower trigger seem to be high as well, on top of the swap.

Surprisingly, this didn't apply to Maia. There seems to be a point in distance where the trigger swap stops.

This cycle is a travesty.

Some powers have closer to normal trigers than others, and it look like they have flipped undermining trigger and fort triger (what was fort before is now undermining). On top of a lot of other things. Just looking over the numbers archon doesn’t look like he is hit that hard by it same with Antal, making me wonder if it’s an extra penalty for when having a lot of systems. Maybe something they are testing, but where not intending to be put out this cycle.

Yeah, it's definitely more complicated than just a swap of fort and undermining values. Really confusing..!
 
The PowerPlay manual didn't prepare me for this. Is this the point where FDev declares PP to be over for good? :S

I say we all defect to Delaine, use him to take the entire bubble, and let FDev deal with the new lore we've created. :)
 
11:23 game time and my PowerPlay screens are very interesting. Preparation screens for all powers look like they have jumped back to last cycle (52), around the time the cycle tick was due (so e.g. ALD & Hudson are battling for Ch'iang Fei with both in the 60 thousands). Control system screens still showing the almost zero fresh cycle figures for the new cycle 53. Like watching a disaster movie in slow motion.
