Daily income/expenses

Is there a way to see them, somewhere?

So far I started three times and I'm unable to make a functioning (i.e. profitable) zoo.
I think it could help me if I were able to see daily expenses and income/expenses balance to optimize ticket prices (On the other hand, I can't raise ticket prices at all, anyway, because people just stop buying them, so it probably doesn't matter), employees. I only found an income/expenses tally which really doesn't help.

I thought I'd try the Franchise mode in a vain hope of participating in the community goal, but it seems I'm going to stick with sandbox.
Funny thing is that if I look at my sandbox zoos and their finances (although they don't matter, there), they are actually profitable. I just can't replicate that in a franchise mode, probably because the expenses there are higher. 🤷‍♂️

Maybe the animal food cost is not bugged in sandbox, guess i should try that.

Worry not about the franchise goal, i am at the third place/rank... well the first golden thingy, in community standing, 0.92 points, and i have release 32 gorillas.
Now i had to stop it because the ungodly random food costs was getting on my poor old nerves too much.
Seems there was no fix and won't be one in the near future.

I will tinker around a little more and then probably stop franchising.

There are plenty good tutorials on youtube, but when you get a zoo running in sandbox, i think you know how to start.

Problem in franchise is that as soon as the visitors require food and drinks, the quantitiy of their needs is way too high.
I have 6 habitats on my small zoo, 1500 visitors and 23 shops all over the place.
Then they start to vandalise, then the litter takes over, then you get more employees to solve the problems.
Then the random food fluctuation gives you most likely the rest.

I have a huge zoo running, but there are some balance issues that makes it really punishing and frustrating on the long term.
(haven't tried out anythingbut franchise, so no clue how it differs to sandbox)

Yeah, I only wanted to contribute one gorilla anyway but from what I see, sandbox is the right place to be.
I wish the game was closer to JWE than PlanCo in its management aspects. I would like to leave sweating over company finances to my R/L business. But I guess I am a minority who just wanted fun zoo builder instead of a bankruptcy simulator.

Most things are working ok.

But i just had 23.000 food cost in year 42 of my small zoo and 36.000 in year 43.

This starts to really es me off tbh because it is impossible to play this way.

I would say i borked something, but i have 6 freaking habitats in this zoo and a working one with 35, i can backtrack all of my doings step by step, not that i changed much anyway.
And beside that i think i knew how the basics are (should) working after 125 hours in franchise mode 😥
