Damn

So I got interdicted by another player this evening.

We were both in Cobras, and we just sort of...chatted...and he gave me trade tips.

I thought that was pretty cool.

Not everyone's a jerk in space.

I jump people and then just chat whilst we wait for our FSD's to charge up. I pulled a new fellow out of Supercruise today, was a great interdiction battle, he flew well, but in the end I got him, dropped into normal space and just congratz him on his flying whilst interdicted and a quick chat and we were on our way. I dont kill everyone I interdict :)

It's good that you had a fun chat as a result from being interdicted.

However, it does bring up a bit of a dilemma really ... I mean... is it alright to interdict someone just because you want to say hello? They might be on a timed mission, maybe they find it annoying especially when you can just say hello while in supercruise before you interdict them to see if they even want to talk.

Not criticising anyone here, just, the thought does come to mind about if it's really the right way to socialize.

I really want to read the first story where someone got interdicted with a broken windshield and promptly choked to death because they didn't get to a station in time :D

Saw an Type 6 in Anarchy system and decided to mess around with him. Interdicted him, he wisely submitted, I asked him politely for some cargo and he just ran away. So I followed him, interdicted him a second time, a third. On forth interdiction he tried to resist and I got a hefty repair bill out of that and to return a favour started shooting at him, no hull damage. We continued like that until he arrived at station, then I just congratulated him and talked for a while, gave some trading tips.
