Yeah I got really disappointed over the fact that they removed it completely. I've seen games that has different options in the settings menu with the text "May impact performance" so if the bobblehead was an option to begin with why not keep it. You could turn it off.

I really hope Frontier will make a interior overhaul some day in the future to give people the option to decorate it for a more personal feel. It's as static as a nascar racing game right now.
Imagine having some holiday events with items you could hang or place. And speaking of having the bobblehead getting sucked out of the canopy would be awesome. In that case it could be done without any real physics too, just animate it rocking violently and then throw it off the panel.

Really hope they add it back in soon, with some other stuff. It would be fun to have things floating around in there, like Firefly, imagine having a dino fixed on your dashboard, a violent hit or collision could send it flying around, disappearing from view, and a few minutes later it could slowly drift by your head from behind and you're all like "oh! There you are!". Would sure add life to the game since the HUD is very stativ right now and for a flight sim player, lacks alot of instruments I would normally use.

One of my old Videos, complete with spazzy bobblehead at the end.

I must be the only one in the Galaxy who hated the bobbleheads.
I suppose I have no soul.

And you could turn it off. If there where fluffy dice in the game I would probably not use it, but some would. It's like decorating a car. I think the option of features is a winning concept(not really like hats in TF2, but kinda. No one else but you will see it). If they ever add naming of ships to make them personal they should add things to put in them or it's just another(same) ship with a different name tag.
