I have just dropped into MAIKI out of sheer frustration to have a poke around.
The USS is still spawning...and now I can see how the CG ended so soon! (ridiculous really, someone sure goofed).
So, where is this oasis of Black Market profit of which you speak??
Never mind, I've offloaded them for 70K.
Now time to move on.
