Dangerous Waste Collection
I took on a mission from Chango Dock (I Bootis) to wack some pleb named Dangerous Waste Collection who I found in Asselus Primus. I put him to death over a slow and agonizing 5 minutes of plinking at his hull and got a bounty placed on me for his murder. I returned to Chango to collect my cash and the mission insists it is still active and not finished. Well hey mate, there's a bounty on my head for this bloke's murder what more proof do you need? Two security enforcers even saw me do it!
Has this all been a big mistake? Did I accidentally kill Dangerous Waste Collection's harmless nice-guy cousin Dangerous Waste Collection? What gives?

somehow posted with not only the wrong NPC name, but also into the wrong forum. Could a mod put this into beta/bugs?
