Dangers on the Farside of Galatic Core

I passed the core, and continued on. 36kLy from Sol, I encountered several entire SECTORS (1kLyx1kLyx1kLY) that are permit required. I have a difficult decision. Has anyone tried to enter a Permit Required System, or any system really by simply pointing toward it and putting full throttle in Supercruise?

Search the galaxy map for the system: bleia3 pj-q d5-3605 (Lower case works, upper case doesn't)
It's coordinates are -530 : -2 : 36,470

I have more than 1300 systems visited on this trip...I'd really like to avoid blowing up, but I am an explorer out here...

I believe the official response is that some systems marked 'permit' are just off limits, kept for possible future developments/expansions.

people have tried reaching other systems in supercruise. It doesn't work. The systems are instanced.

It won't work. When you get there it will just be dark and empty. All systems are instanced.

As far as I remember from beta, you can't supercruise to other systems. As in: You can do that but the system won't spawn.

You can't supercruise nor hyperspace to any permit system without permit. You can't supercruise to any system at all.

Is that in the Delta Quadrant? If so... uh oh, we either have Borg or Neelix. Not sure which is worse.

Congratulation you found dragons. Well you found placeholders for dragons. Your fuel consumption in super cruise is to high to reach those system, except if you maybe find some systems very close to them, than it might be worth a try. Oh and most likely you can not leave the skybox that way anyway.

edit: Hmm with just 1.4 Lightyears it is worth a try. You should have enough fuel even to jump back to a sun to fuel scoop if it does not work out.

This is me just speculating but it is possible:

Did you ever wonder if these systems will become war zones in later dates when more people are deadly and above. I do not know what the highest ranks are on Federation Empire or Alliance are, but you may find that when you are in these high rankings all the permits may become available on completion of missions which haven't been introduced?

I'm 5000ly out in the Crescent Nebula and I noticed a number of systems were SPR before I got there.
Those same systems were available to navigate to when I arrived in the nebula, so I set course and jumped.

You're dropped from the game with an unrecoverable error on the transaction server.

There are 18 systems locked out on my navigation within 20ly.
I'd appreciate an "offical" answer rather than all this speculation.

Bleia5 is another entire region out that way that has the unknown permit tag attached to it. It covers an area larger than human colonized space. Some of us in Nutters exploration thread are speculating that its space set aside for future alien civilization homeworlds.

Nice to know I'm not alone out here Rekal. How far have you got so far? I'll pass the 60,000 ly distance from Sol soon on my way to the outer edge. Hopefully by the time I begin the return journey those permit only systems will be open and we can see what FD have put there
